Needed to know if i could do one pot meals with my slow cooker coz ive normally done one pot chicken and rice as well as one pot chicken and potatoes and one pot rice and pork chops but all done via stovetop. This video cleared it up real quick for me coz im basically gonna do that but add an extra step coz i want to do both my rice and chicken so I'll crisp my meat and veggies then add them after halfway in and let it all finish together.

You tried brushing some fat or cooking oil instead of mayo? Considering mayonnaise is only 8% egg, and mostly oil. It may work as well.
